A party of 10 adults on the 2-protein package is about $500 in food, which is also our minimum. The 3-protein package is $59.99 per adult. Tax and travel to Ansonia show up on your quote.
Any flat outdoor spot around 6 by 6 feet: a patio, deck, driveway or level lawn. Because the grill runs on propane, it can't go indoors or in a garage.
Weekends in late spring and summer go first, so 1–2 weeks ahead is safest. Same-day parties are possible with at least 6 hours' notice when a chef is available.
