Cleanup

About driving fees
The first 30 miles from our base in Brooklyn are included free. Beyond that, we charge $(tiered, see TRAVEL_FEE_TABLE_TEXT)/mile round trip.
For most events in NYC, NJ, CT, PA, this works out to $0-50 in additional driving charges.
