Sound Beach is right next to our Long Island (Coram) base, so it's one of the easiest places for us to get to.

A flat outdoor area about 6 × 6 feet with open sky above — patio, deck, driveway, yard or an approved rooftop. The grill is propane, so it can't be used indoors.
Summer weekends go first, so 1–2 weeks ahead is safest. Same-day parties are possible with at least 6 hours' notice when a chef is free.
